RST is supporting a local everyday hero named Damien ‘Damo’. Damo is 9 years old and has Asperger’s, and he’s pretty special.

He is taking on a 10km Marathon – the Bridge to Brisbane! Damo had to get special permission to run in this race as he’s under the age limit which we think is pretty fantastic!

He is trying to raise $5000 for ‘Asperger Services Australia’ – a cause important to him. We would like to encourage you to support this as well and help him reach this target.

I don’t know about you, but we think running a 10km Marathon is a pretty great accomplishment, especially for a 9 year old boy.
